Positive Change from a Pandemic

I was recently invited to host a webinar to look at the positive changes businesses are making as we navigate reopening. From a restaurant only closing for three hours before fully committing to online orders and curbside pick up, to a furniture store creating a new “Furniture to Go” program, there have been some impressive ideas from business to keep the wheels turning. I also covered some “back to business basics” to consider as you reopen. This is a good time to reevaluate your organizational structure, marketing plan, website best practices, and customer service programs.
