Positive Change from a Pandemic
I was recently invited to host a webinar to look at the positive changes businesses are making as we navigate reopening. From a restaurant only closing for three hours before fully committing to online orders and curbside pick up, to a furniture store creating a new “Furniture to Go” program, there have been some impressive ideas from business to keep the wheels turning. I also covered some “back to business basics” to consider as you reopen. This is a good time to reevaluate your organizational structure, marketing plan, website best practices, and customer service programs.
Take a look!
Many thanks to the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce for presenting this event, Yamada Furniture and Cronies Bar and Grill for sharing their ideas and initiative, and our event sponsor Eclipse Effect Events.
